The Great Canebrake Affair, a can’t miss, outdoorsy fundraiser set on the storied grounds of Hopkins Farm, where the historic Revolutionary War Battle of the Great Canebrake took place 250 years ago. You’ll gather under the open sky for an evening of local wine, live music and river-loving camaraderie with historian Durant Ashmore on site to share the little known truths and legends of the battle.
